Mary was one of my closest friends since Kindergarten at Gall School.  She was so bright, so smart, a lot of fun....and so gifted musically. She often had me turn the pages at the piano - so she could include me.  But she included me so I could attend,     I still miss her....but value all the great times we had together.  Certain music bring back those fun great times.

I remember Mary at one of the all school pep fests.  She was supposed to be one of the Andrews Sisters (I think).  They sang about "Sister Sophie Sandles."  Mary got excited and jumped down on the floor and started hugging one of the other singer's sandles.  Any one else remember that 50's pep fest?  I remember Mary as always being happy and very musically talented.  She is missed.

I remember that Andrews Sisters Act, too.  Mary was sweet and lovely with her blonde, blonde hair.  Always smiling at everyone, whether she knew them well or not. I remember when she passed away the news just racing through WBL. Everyone was so sad.  My neighbors were going around the neighborhood, telling of her death.  She was great!  To her close buddies-my condolences.  I remember how tight you all were.

So many remarkable memories of Mary.  Around the piano at parties singing songs, she could play anything!!  Listening to her play the piano for Choral Club and Choir.  Being part of the Girls Eight with her and Jody Wagner.  Being a tenor to her soprano!!  Miss you Mary, very much.

Mary and I lived a block apart. we went all through school together. I remember when she was very young, she would play our piano at birthday parties and sing. I thought if I took piano lessons I would also be able to play and sing like Mary did. No such luck. She was a very gifted and talented woman and what a delight to be around. God bless her.
